One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them along with any associated balances will be forfeited.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final
• 999t reserves the right to void bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a system error
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• A delay in live betting is normal — odds may change during this time
• Separate rules apply to single, multiple, and system bets

Settlement: Match results are determined based on official outcomes from internationally recognised sports governing bodies. In the event of any dispute, 999t's decision shall be considered final.

Maximum win limit: Maximum win limits per single bet may apply across various sports and game categories. These limits are stated on the Promotions Page or within the relevant section.

999t offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before acceptance.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer may only be used once (unless otherwise stated)
• Real money cannot be withdrawn after claiming a bonus until the specified wagering requirements have been fulfilled
• Wagering requirements are generally 10–30x the bonus amount
• Winnings from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit
• The welcome bonus is available to new account holders on their first deposit only

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other means may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and suspension of the account.

• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for risk-free profit.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a chargeback claim with the payment provider after a deposit has been made.
• Hacking or Cyber Attacks: Any attempt to breach the security of the platform.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or managing another person's account without their permission.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account termination and all balances may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

999t reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Upon detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity
• In cases where money laundering is suspected
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Account Closure at User's Request: If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before closure. Self-exclusion is also available under our responsible gaming protections.

Inactive Accounts: An account may be marked inactive after 12 months of no activity. In such cases, a monthly maintenance fee may apply.

999t strives to maintain the quality of its services at all times. However, 999t will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Unexpected technical errors or disruptions during server maintenance
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
